The ranking of the fifty fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe is dominated by Czech companies this year. In the twentieth annual Deloitte CE Technology Fast 50, there are nineteen of them. The second place was taken by last year’s winner, 3D printer manufacturer Prusa Research. The third place belongs to artificial intelligence and machine learning developers Blindspot Solutions. Czech companies were also successful in the Big 5 and the Rising Stars categories. The winner of the ranking is the Lithuanian Voltas IT, which manufactures a user friendly system for car diagnostics.
Deloitte’s partners at today’s award ceremony in the Prague club La Fabrika include Citibank, Bisnode and StartupJobs.cz. Deloitte Technology Fast 50 compares the growth of the enrolled technological companies in the last four years, this year therefore in the period from 2015 to 2018. Top 10 include four Czech companies. The sales of second-ranking Prusa Research reached 4,527% and Blindspot on the third place recorded 4,445%. The ninth place within Central Europe is held by the wireless localisation system manufacturer Sewio Networks from Brno with a growth of 1,285%, and the tenth place belongs to the app developer Applifting with a growth of 1,265%.
The second ten of the ranking includes another five Czech companies – rohlik.cz (12th place, 1,166%), 3Dwiser (13th place, 1,133%), Kiwi.com (15th place, 950%), Proficio Marketing (19th place, 832%) and GLAMI (20th place, 820%).
Deloitte CE Technology Fast 50 ranked companies from nine countries this year. The average growth rate of technology companies in 2015 to 2018 reached a record 1129 percent.
