The carmaker SKODA AUTO recorded an increase in 2019.

Between the first and third quarter of 2019, ŠKODA AUTO supplied

913,700 vehicles to its customers all over the world. This represents

a 2.7% year-on-year decrease caused by the still dropping car

market in China. The carmaker recorded an increase mainly in

Eastern Europe (+10.6%), Western Europe (+6.8%), and Russia

(+7.0%). In September alone, ŠKODA recorded 102,000 supplies to

global customers (+7.5%). Board member responsible for sales and

marketing Alain Favey said that his company would continue its

product offensive by launching the urban SUV KAMIQ on the

European market and by introducing the KAMIQ GT model for the

Chinese market in November.
