AURES Holdings preps expansion to West

AURES Holdings sold 15,200 cars in Q1 2021, most of them online due to lockdowns in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The group said good experience with online sales has accelerated its plans to expand into new Western markets. CEO Karolína Topolová said that it will be an investment of shareholders, which in the first phase will reach EUR 100m and in the second up to another EUR 400m. As part of the new Driverama project, the group plans the international purchase and sale of used cars using advanced algorithms. The first branches will be established in Germany, then expanded to 11 other countries.
