Adoption of EVs reflected in growing charging point usage

Drivers drew more than 1.3 GWh of electricity from the E.ON Drive network in 2021 during nearly 80,000 recharges at more than 450 charging points. Year-on-year, this represents a twofold increase in both the energy consumed and the number of charging points used. Among the busiest were the ultra-fast chargers. E.ON Czech Republic also reported that drivers recharged almost 60% of the total energy consumed at DC stations. The energy supplier records more than 100 partner charging stations in its network. Clients made almost 10,000 transactions on them.
