On April 14, 2023, the European Space Agency (ESA) launched
a space mission to Jupiter, JUpiter ICy moons Explorer (JUICE). This
information was provided by the Czech Ministry of Transport, which
added that many Czech companies, including Frentech Aerospace, 5M and L.K. Engineering, BD Sensors, and scientists from the
Institute of Atmospheric Physics and Astronomical Institute of the
Czech Academy of Sciences, were involved in the project. In
addition, ATC Space participated in producing the launch vehicle,
Ariane 5, which bore a probe weighing six tonnes.
