CzechTrade promotion agency office in Riga is looking for new colleague on the position of project manager. CzechTrade is governmental agency of the Czech Republic. Its main objective is to develop international trade and cooperation between Czech and foreign entities. CzechTrade has more than 50 foreign offices abroad. The representation for all Baltic states was established in 2000 and since then it is boosting business among Baltic and Czech companies.

The position:
For our office in Riga we are looking for part time Project manager

Requirements:
- Latvian and Russian languages (level C2), English language (B2/C1)
- Finished secondary school or university
- License of individual merchant/license of private entrepreneur/trade license
- Computer skills (MS Office, internet browsers, databases)
- Communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Professional behavior, client-oriented approach

Job description:
- Communication with representatives of Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian companies about cooperation with Czech suppliers
- Research on business partners in databases and on the internet
- Assistance with organization of national exhibitions of Czech Republic at international trade fairs in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
- Media monitoring
- Administrative support for the office agenda
