Skanska is planning to build the first climatically neutral offices in the region of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It will use an innovative solution based on the use of the construction wood helping reduce the carbon footprint. The office building will cover an area of 13,000 m2 on Radlická Street in Prague 5. Its lettable area will likely reach 30,000 m2. The construction work will likely begin in 2023. Skanska has adopted a global commitment to achieve a climatic goal of zero carbon emissions by 2045. A reduction of 50% will likely take place in 2030.
