ŠKODA delivers 878,200 cars, prepares ENYAQ COUPÉ iV

ŠKODA AUTO overcame all obstacles in 2021 and prepares new models.

ŠKODA AUTO delivered a total of 878,200 vehicles to customers worldwide in 2021, despite the pandemic and the shortage of semiconductors. Most of these were delivered to the German (136,800), Russian (90,400), and Czech markets (79,900). With almost 45,000 vehicles delivered, the ENYAQ iV all-electric model entered the market. Thanks to the new KUSHAQ, ŠKODA AUTO grew in India by 108.9% y/y. The carmaker expects the semiconductor supply situation to gradually ease in 2H 2022. ŠKODA AUTO chairman Thomas Schäfer said the carmaker is preparing new products, including the ENYAQ COUPÉ iV.
