While companies in Western markets are slowing down their
recruitment activities or even starting layoffs, the Czech market is
still looking for workers, including qualified applicants from abroad.
This was reported by ABSL (Association of Business Service Leaders in the Czech Republic), which brings together companies
operating in the segment of shared business services, with the fact
that, for example, in business, IT and customer services, experts from abroad already make up 44 % of the total number of employees.
By 2025, local centers plan to hire another 50,000 employees, half of whom should come from abroad, mostly from the countries of the
European Union.
