The Group of the Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank
(ČMZRB), in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade
(MPO), has published a call for the Risk Capital - IPO Fund program.
The instrument is financed from the Operational Program Enterprise
and Innovation for Competitiveness (OP EIC). CZK 330m is allocated
from European funds for the program. The aim is to mobilize private
resources and support investment in SME capital. The fund could
support ca. 10 investments. ČMZRB will thus purchase minority
shares in SMEs that issue shares on the START market of the
Prague Stock Exchange (PSE), up to 30% of the issue. Applications
for the repurchase of shares can be submitted via the websites of
the subsidiary ČMZRB investiční or the Prague Stock Exchange. (Source: ČIA News)
