Entrepreneurs Daniel Křetínský and Patrik Tkáč are buying more than a
60% stake in the startup DIVR Labs, which deals with VR content
development. The transaction is worth hundreds of millions of korunas,
according to E15. The company will use the investment to expand to other
countries. It will soon open operations in London and Stockholm. The
startup was founded in 2016 by Ondřej Bach and investor Jan Galgonek.
Over time, Ondřej Fryc's Reflex Capital, Nextech fund and entrepreneurs
Adam Paclt (IceWarp) and Jaroslav Javornický (Spaceknow) invested in it.
Fryc, Paclt and Javornický are now leaving DIVR Labs. (Source: ČIA News, www.cianews.cz/en)
