Leo Express has obtained a safety certificate for rail transport in the Federal Republic of Germany in passenger transport.

The certificate cost several hundreds of thousands of EUR. The carrier can apply for new tracks or offer its services as a part of the substitute transport system, ia. during closures or constructions, or specific transport for companies and charters. Leo Express also seeks new routes because they were essentially forced to leave the Berlin-Stuttgart line. FlixTrain, which they previously cooperated with refused to resume their operation, due to the pandemic.
