MZe: Micro and SMEs received CZK 9.37bn

More than 80% of all money in the Rural Development Program (RDP) went to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. For purely agricultural investments, this is 85% of the total funding. Large companies receive 15%.

The Ministry of Agriculture (MZe) informed that CZK 9.37bn was paid to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and CZK 2.23bn to large companies. The aim of the extraordinary 10th round of the RDP, which responded to the emergency situation caused by the COVID-19 disease, was to support small farmers. CZK 580m was set aside for this aid. 622 farmers showed interest, as they applied for subsidies totalling CZK 837m.
