ŠKODA AUTO delivered 878 200 cars in 2021

It is approx. 12,5% less than in 2020, mostly due to shortage of semiconductors

ŠKODA AUTO delivered a total of 878 200 vehicles to customers worldwide in 2021, despite the pandemic and the shortage of semiconductors. Most of these were delivered to the German (136,800), Russian (90,400), and Czech markets (79,900). Great Britain is the 5th market with 55 800 cars delivered in 2021.

The carmaker expects the semiconductor supply situation to gradually ease in 2H 2022. ŠKODA AUTO chairman Thomas Schäfer said the ENYAQ iV all-electric model entered the market with almost 45 000 vehicles delivered and carmaker is preparing new products, including the ENYAQ COUPÉ iV.
