ŠKODA AUTO recorded an 18.5% y/y increase in registrations in the EU+EFTA+UK markets to 102,037 new passenger vehicles in January and February 2023. The market share increased to 5.6% from 5.3%. This is according to data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA). In the EU, ŠKODA registrations grew by 15.6% to 88,813 vehicles and share rose to 5.7% from 5.5%.

In February 2023 alone, ŠKODA registrations in the EU+EFTA+UK grew by 21.3% to 50,851 vehicles, with market share increasing to 5.6% from 5.2%. In the EU, registrations reached 44,993 (+18.4%) and market share reached 5.6% (February 2022: 5.3%).
