According to a survey by the Center for Public Opinion Research of the Academy of Sciences (CVVM), people's views on the economic situation in the Czech Republic have deteriorated sharply. While in March almost half of the people rated it as good, it is currently less than a quarter. At the same time, the share of negative ratings rose from 12 percent in March to the current 33 percent. "For the first time in five years, the negative assessment of the economic situation significantly outweighed the positive one," the survey authors noted.
