The line is equipped
with analytical equipment to ensure the flawless quality of beer and
to reduce the laboriousness of inspection, which normally requires
the involvement of a laboratory. With the line, the brewery is
responding to growing demand and also to the cooperation with the
Mattoni 1873 group, with which it will produce non-alcoholic
flavoured beer.
Strategy and business development manager Robert
Chrt added that the line uses paper packaging instead of LDPE film
for group-packed cans. This saves the brewery 85 tonnes of plastic
per year. The line was technically provided by Krones.
