Czech Republic: Prices decreased in agriculture and increased in industry

In comparison to August 2017, agricultural producer prices went down by 2.1%. Industrial producer prices and construction work prices were both higher by 3.3% and 3.5%, respectively.

Among the main industrial groupings, prices of energy (+9.6%) increased the most. In agriculture there were lower prices of fruit (-43.3%), potatoes (-24.9%) and oil plants (-5.1%).
