In 2Q 2020 developers in Prague completed 88,000 m2 of administrative space, increasing the total office space to 3.71m m2. The data is based on a Prague Research Forum (PRF) survey of companies CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and Knight Frank. Total gross realized demand (incl. renegotiations and sublets) totaled 79,000 m2, which represents a q/q increase of 14 % and a y/y drop of 21 %. The share of unoccupied space accounted for 6.1 % of the total offer, up 0.8 pp q/q. Available office space totaled 225,900 m2. Prague remains a popular business destination for many international companies as well as local firms.
