Czech startup Sharry will supply a smart platform connecting digital systems to the new One Vanderbilt skyscraper in New York. This was reported by CzechInvest, which added that, among other things, it allows parking, access to the building or the use of meeting rooms to be managed from one location. Sharry also won a contract in New York to take part in 22 high-rise buildings by Manhattan developer SL Green. The startup has already managed to integrate a total of 32 digital systems into the buildings, making it one of the most advanced proptech companies in the world. Its platform is already used in 13 cities across three continents.
