The City of Prague has launched an EIA screening procedure
regarding the plan of the Technical Centre Dolní Chabry. It consists
of building a new, two-storey technical centre with an administrative
part that will serve to cumulate effects of service transportation
caused by the project’s operation and stationary sources of noise
and to cumulate emissions into air from service transportation
caused by the project’s operation and emissions from back-up
sources of electricity. The notifier, SC Czech ABQ, calculates the
built-up area at 10,840 m2. The project concerns the City of
Prague.
