Trikaya plans to invest more than CZK 4bn in the construction of the Pod Hády quarter in Brno in the coming years. The project will offer over 1,000 new flats in apartment buildings and villas. The developer will also finance the project through its investment fund, whose portfolio will be newly expanded to include sustainable residential properties. In 2022, the fund showed an appreciation of 9.06%. Since its establishment, the fund has achieved an appreciation of 26.5%.
