During the lockdown, 41 % of people bought food on the internet
more often. For the first time, one fifth of Czechs tried buying
clothes and shoes from e-shops. In general, however, a total of 46
% of people restricted their clothing purchases and 43 % limited
their shoe purchases. 17 % of respondents invested more in pets.
Online purchases of pet supplies will continue to be considered or
preferred by 67 % of people. Research by Perfect Crowd for Twisto
also shows that small and lesser-known e-shops gained the trust of
75 % of online shoppers during the pandemic. Delivery of goods is
no longer a problem for them.
