ŠKODA AUTO recorded y/y growth of 31.7% in registrations in the EU+EFTA+UK markets from January to April 2023 to 221,526 new passenger vehicles. Market share increased to 5.3% from 4.7%. This is according to data from the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA). In the EU, ŠKODA registrations grew by 30.5% to 191,027 vehicles and share rose to 5.5% from 5.0%. In April 2023 alone, ŠKODA registrations in the EU+EFTA+UK grew by 41.4% to 53,438 vehicles and market share increased to 5.5% from 4.5%. In the EU, registrations reached 45,922 (+42.1%) and the share reached 5.7% (April 2022: 4.7%).
