The most interested job seekers in startups are interested in development positions, for which one third of the candidates of the StartupJobs portal apply. Developers are most often (16% of the time) applying for frontend coder positions, while less than 15% are looking for backend positions. Testing came in third (10.66%). Demand for AI positions has increased 70% since the start of 2023, and interest in non-coding positions has increased about fivefold.
