A team of experts from the National Institute of Mental Health (NÚDZ), Spectrasol and the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings of the Czech Technology University (UCEEB ČVUT) is developing phototherapy aids that use LED technology. They will help prevent and treat patients with some types of depression. The project was supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA) with more than CZK 12.3m from the TREND Programme.
