Cooperation with CzechTrade, a governmental trade promotion organization of the Czech Republic, will assist ZDR Investments in establishing its newly introduced investment fund in Southeast Asia region.

ZDR Investments has entered into strategic cooperation with Czech Trade Promotion Agency/ CzechTrade. CzechTrade's Singapore office long-term assistance will help ZDR Investments forge new partnerships in Singapore, in Southeast Asia region. Our joint efforts are centered on undertaking market research, developing new contacts base, organizing presentation activities or participating at local and regional events.

In September 2023, we marked our entry into the Singaporean market by launching a Singapore-domiciled feeder fund. This fund serves as a gateway for Southeast Asian investors to engage with a European portfolio of daily needs-based retail parks, leveraging the feeder-master structure that benefits from a European investment strategy, meticulously aligned with the local investment landscape of Singapore.

The ZDR Investments SG VCC feeder fund, authorized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, features a transparent ownership structure, and is managed by the seasoned Euro Asia Asset Management team. This initiative is further supported by collaborations with reputable organizations overseeing the fund's structure, ensuring robust governance and operational excellence. Fund administration is handled by JTC Group, a respected LSE-listed company, while OCBC Bank Singapore, the oldest established Singaporean bank, serves as the depositary.

This strategic cooperation not only signifies our commitment to expanding our international footprint but also enhances our ability to offer investors in Southeast Asia access to premier European investment opportunities, managed and overseen by an experienced team.
