Mews, established in 2012, becomes the third Czech unicorn, revolutionizing the hotel industry through cutting-edge technology solutions. Following the success stories of Productboard and Rohlik, Mews came up with a cloud-based platform which centralizes hotel operations, streamlining processes like reservations, payments, and guest services for increased efficiency and reduced errors.

Mews confirmed the closure of another investment, thereby expanding the so-called Series C by an additional $110 million. Originally announced in December 2022, the round saw investors sending $185 million. At that time, it was the fourth highest amount directed towards a startup founded by Czech entrepreneurs.

Currently valued at $1.2 billion, Mews is rapidly expanding globally from its Prague headquarters. Offering innovative features like mobile check-in and personalized guest communication, Mews is poised to transform how hotels operate worldwide.
