ServiceNow Enhances Process Mining Capabilities with Acquisition of Czech Task Mining Firm, UltimateSuite

Californian ServiceNow has announced its acquisition of UltimateSuite, a task mining company based in the Czech Republic. While the specific financial details were not disclosed, UltimateSuite, a three-year-old startup, had previously raised €768,000 (approximately $839,000). Task mining is a component of process mining, a global market focused on helping companies understand and optimize their workflows. ServiceNow, with its existing capabilities to drill down into workflows, lacked the ability to analyze tasks at the user level. UltimateSuite's task mining technology will address this gap, allowing ServiceNow to inspect and understand individual users' actions, leading to more efficient business processes. The acquisition aligns with ServiceNow's strategy of integrating acquired technologies into its unified platform, ultimately providing customers with a comprehensive solution for process mining and automation.
