Czech technology company FLÆ Robotics has secured more than €1 million in seed investment from Purple Ventures and Garage Angels. The funding will support development of BE-A, its AI hospitality platform, as well as the company’s expansion into international markets.
Founded by Filip Linek, the business develops an AI agent that takes on routine guest enquiries, reservations and front-office work. BE-A operates continuously across WhatsApp, email, website chat and telephone channels.
Connecting guest communication with hotel operations
Integration with hotel management systems enables the platform to check availability, handle reservations and answer questions about hotel services. It can also classify incoming messages and route requests to the relevant department or operational workflow. The aim is to reduce administrative demands on hotel teams while leaving staff more time for guests who need personal assistance. More than 60 hotels in the United Kingdom, Germany and the Czech Republic currently use the platform.
Automated interactions and reservations
FLÆ Robotics reports that BE-A handled around 265,000 messages and voice interactions within almost 160,000 conversations during July and August 2026. That represents an average of more than 4,000 interactions a day. Over the same period, it completed more than 3,400 hotel reservations without human intervention.
Founder and CEO Filip Linek explains that hotel employees face a continuous flow of repetitive questions and tasks across telephone, email and other channels. In his account, the goal is for BE-A to move beyond providing an answer and perform the next action in the hotel’s systems, freeing staff to deal with situations that require their experience and judgement.
Further development and international growth
The company is extending the range of requests and operational tasks BE-A can manage, while deepening its integration with existing hotel systems.
The new capital will help accelerate product development and recruitment alongside overseas growth. FLÆ Robotics is expanding its presence in Germany, moving into Austria and building on its recent UK launch. It is also preparing to enter the US hotel market.
