The latest UK government trade and investment factsheet reveals that total trade in goods and services between the UK and Czechia reached £10.8 billion in the four quarters to the end of Q4 2024, marking a 1.5% increase from the previous year.
UK exports to Czechia amounted to £3.6 billion, while imports from Czechia totaled £7.2 billion. This growth underscores the strengthening economic relationship between the two nations, with Czechia ranking as the UK's 30th largest trading partner. The data also highlights a significant presence of foreign direct investment, with UK outward FDI stock in Czechia at £2.0 billion and inward FDI from Czechia into the UK at £1.7 billion.
These figures reflect the deepening business ties and mutual investment interests, offering opportunities for companies in both countries to explore collaborative ventures and expand their market reach.
