The company Le & Co - Ing. Jiří Lenc is a family company, which was founded in 1991 by Ing. Jiří Lenc in garage of family house with a couple friends specializing in ham (over-the-counter sale and gastronomy and sliced products).

How we create products of highest quality

All our products are completely gluten free and with no allergens.

Meat quality control

Each piece of our meat is thoroughly checked to ensure high quality standards are met.

Cutting and deboning

Meat is separated into cuts for further use in production.

Tumbling

For delicate taste, just a pinch of salt and the necessary amount of additives are added to the meat so that the ham is tender and juicy.

Cooking and smoking

Ham is cooked in steam and subsequently smoked. Smoke is made from beech woodchips.

Slicing

Ham is sliced with emphasis on high quality and hygiene, in enviroment with conditions close to operating room.
