CZECH-BELGIAN BUSINESS FORUM

The Czech–Belgian Business Forum will connect companies and innovation leaders from both countries to strengthen competitiveness in key high-tech sectors. It will focus on advanced technologies and cross-border cooperation through networking and business matchmaking.

On 25 June 2026, the Czech–Belgian Business Forum will take place at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU. The event will bring together companies, institutions, and innovation leaders from both countries with the aim of strengthening competitiveness in a rapidly evolving European market and fostering cooperation in key areas such as advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, cybersecurity, defence technologies, clean technologies, and supply chain resilience.

The forum is held with the support of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Belgium, the CzechTrade foreign office for Belgium and Luxembourg, the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU, the Plzeň Region, and a wide range of additional Czech stakeholders from the commercial, scientific, association, governmental, regional, and institutional sectors, as well as numerous Belgian partners from similar fields.

The programme will combine expert panel discussions, practical networking, B2B matchmaking, and company presentations, with the aim of fostering new business partnerships and supporting cross-border cooperation.

  • 13:15 – 14:15 | SMEs, Industrial Cooperation and Supply Chain Integration | Speakers from BECI, AKT for Wallonia, Czech Confederation of Industry, Czech and Belgian SMEs
  • 14:15 – 14:30 | Coffee break & networking
  • 14:30 – 15:30 | Innovation, Technology and European Competitiveness | Speakers from IMEC, ARICOMA, Charles University, DG DIFIS and the European Parliament
  • 15:30 – 17:30 | Networking, matchmaking & company presentations
