Czech companies are looking for ways to expand their activities on the Brazilian market, and their participation in trade fairs in São Paulo in the first days of August undoubtedly confirms this trend.
Last year, August was marked by the participation of Czech representatives at the fairs in São Paulo, when the LABACE, Bijoias, or Pet South America 2023 fairs took place. There was the Expointer fair in the state of Rio Grande do Sul too. Czech companies were at two fairs in São Paulo this year as well.
The first fair was LABACE with the third participation of the Czech company ABS Jets, which is one of the largest operators of private air transport in the region of Central and Eastern Europe and a leading company on the Czech and Slovak markets. The friendly atmosphere at the stand with the visits of the CEOs of the leading airlines in Brazil confirmed the strong position of this company in the Brazilian and the entire Latin American market.
The second fair was SIAVS, which focuses on the poultry, cattle, pig and fish breeding sector. One of the exhibitors was the Czech company VEIT Electronics, which focuses on the development and sale of scales for poultry farmers and also on the logistics of day-old chickens. Brazilian local manufacturers are strong competitors for this Czech company, but according to the company's sales representative Mr. Petr Lolek, participation in the fair was an important step in monitoring the needs of clients and the competition's offer.
