We love seeing great local products expand internationally. Cvikov brewery has officially partnered with independent craft pub owners from London and Cambridge to brew an exclusive lager tailored specifically for the British palate.

This fantastic collaboration was first sparked by CzechTrade United Kingdom & Ireland during the annual Retigo Beer Day event in London. After tasting Cvikov’s traditional lagers, the two British pub owners were so impressed that they traveled directly to the brewery in the Lužické Mountains. Alongside Cvikov's head brewer, they stepped right up to the brewing vessels to co-create something truly unique.

The result? A summer special that perfectly bridges traditional Czech craftsmanship with modern British craft tastes. It features a unique triple-hop blend using Harmonie, a newly developed Czech aromatic hop and is finished with cold-hopping directly in the lagering tanks.

This project proves once again that when you bring the right people together, passion turns into incredible international B2B partnerships.
