In recent days, CzechTrade London was pleased to attend this year’s HRC at ExCeL London as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. The event provided an excellent opportunity to meet professionals from across the hospitality and foodservice sectors and to showcase the strength of Czech products and expertise in the UK market.

We had a chance to join forces with our long-term partner Retigo and use their stand as a great platform to connect with visitors and introduce them to high-quality Retigo solutions for professional gastronomy with the main focal point being their combi ovens, which are steadily growing their market share in the UK after multiple years of close cooperation between CzechTrade's London office and Retigo. 

Throughout the event, the stand attracted interest from industry professionals, including chefs, buyers, distributors, and hospitality operators, creating valuable space for new conversations and business connections. One of the highlights of our presence was serving Czech beer Holba Keprník directly at the stand. This added an authentic Czech touch to the presentation and helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The beer drew positive attention and opened the door to many engaging discussions, not only about Czech food and drink, but also about the broader value and quality associated with Czech brands.

The final highlight of the key day two was a networking event at the Retigo stand, where key distributors were welcomed by Retigo UK CEO Aneta Juroskova followed by other key reps of the company.
