CzechTrade showcased nine Czech companies at a prestigious trade fair.
Nine Czech firms presented their products and technologies through the trade promotion agency CzechTrade at one of the largest national showcases at the FIND – Design Fair Asia.
This was already the third participation of Czech companies at the prestigious Singapore event, and it brought remarkable business success — from selling an artwork to a Singaporean billionaire to dozens of B2B meetings and hundreds of new contacts. The Czech pavilion, covering 120 square meters, became one of the most visited sites of the fair, confirming Southeast Asia’s growing interest in high-quality Czech design.
The exhibition also highlighted products of other companies. Mmcité presented urban furniture, while the family-owned Halama Glass impressed visitors not only with artistic glass creations — such as a tennis racket or a golf club made from Bohemian crystal — but also with its history and family tradition, highly valued in Singapore. This section further offered a live demonstration by a Czech master engraver, giving visitors the chance to observe his craft and even try engraving their own design into glass.
Luxury writing instrument brands Signati and Comenivs invited visitors to test their pens on-site by leaving a personal message in a guestbook. Also exhibiting were Hunat, a producer of premium Czech lighting design, and Artiséme, which presented a curated selection of Bohemian crystal, handcrafted glass, and porcelain.
A highlight of the fair was Pačinek Glass, which attracted significant attention with a dazzling installation that captivated Singaporean buyers. The company successfully sold its artwork inspired by the Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid — the national flower of Singapore — directly at the event.
