For our customers we bake many products of different product types - pastries, fresh baked goods and sustainable sweet baked goods.
Each production group has its own regularity, so the production was arranged in three poduction sites, which are today all located on one place – in Klatovy, in the registered office of the company.
Our best selling bread is 1200 grams wheat-rye bread. We prepare the bread from the traditional sour-dough. At the ripe sour-dough a prescribed amount of water, flour, cumin and salt is added and formed into a bread dough. After the dough has risen, it is divided on an automatic machine and put into den Kipf (Langbrot) and the with flour dusted bread dish in which the loafs of bread can rise. After rising of the loafs they will be put in the oven and after baking sprayed with water to get a nice shiny crust. The conveyor belt brings the bread from the oven to the expedition department, where it is packed in transport chests. At this moment the bread is ready for transport to our customers. The entire process of making bread is fully automated and computer controlled. We bake within one hour 1000 pieces of bread. Our transport vehicles bring the breads and pastries in the region of Klatovy, Sušice, Domažlice and Plzeň.
