This marks the seventh consecutive week of growth.
The Prague Stock Exchange strengthened for the fourth time in a row and further improved its more than sixteen-year high, reaching its highest level since May 2008.
The PX index rose by 0.37 percent to 1,697.35 points, the last time it finished higher was in the second half of May 2008 according to the stock exchange's report.
The shares of the ČEZ group gained the most last week, while Photon Energy again recorded the biggest loss. This is according to the stock exchange's website. In the previous week, the PX index gained 0.7 percent.
