After many years, the Czech national pavilion made a notable return to RESTA Vilnius, one of the Baltic region’s leading trade fairs for construction, housing, and infrastructure.
The renewed Czech presence highlighted not only innovative technologies and quality manufacturing, but also growing ambitions to deepen Czech-Lithuanian cooperation in a rapidly expanding construction market.
A Strategic Return Backed by Institutional Synergy
The Czech national stand was realized through close cooperation between governmental Czech Trade Promotion Agency (CzechTrade), Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. This synergy created a strong platform for presenting Czech capabilities to Baltic partners, investors, and industry professionals.
The pavilion served not only as an exhibition space, but as a strategic showcase of Czech expertise across construction technologies, sustainable solutions, and advanced building materials.
The Baltics as a Strategic Export Destination
Visitors to the Czech stand had the opportunity to explore a diverse portfolio of solutions addressing current trends in modern construction.
A particularly strong response was generated by PURPOSIA Group, an investment group which brings together 46 companies across construction, real estate development and facility management, attracted attention with its 3D concrete printing technology. As digitalization and automation reshape the building sector, additive manufacturing solutions like these represent an increasingly important segment of future construction.
Traditional craftsmanship combined with energy-efficient heating solutions was presented by HAAS+SOHN Rukov (brand FOXMARK), whose wide range of fireplace stoves resonated strongly with visitors.
Meanwhile, ACARAPRAHA drew interest through its extensive portfolio of trims, profiles, and construction components, underlining the breadth of Czech supply capabilities for both residential and commercial projects.
The Czech footprint at the fair extended even further through independent presentations by companies HELUZ and BLAZE HARMONY, reinforcing the strong presence of Czech manufacturers across multiple product segments.
Lithuania: A Market of Growing Opportunity
The timing of the Czech return to RESTA Vilnius is significant. Lithuania’s construction sector is experiencing growth, driven by continued urban development and substantial public and European investment into infrastructure.
With projected sector growth around 3.5% in the coming years, opportunities are expanding across:
This growth creates strong potential for Czech exporters and solution providers, particularly in areas where Czech industry combines technical sophistication, manufacturing quality, and competitive value.
The Baltics as a Strategic Export Destination
For Czech companies, the Baltic region is increasingly more than an emerging market—it is becoming a strategic destination for long-term business development. Demand for innovation in sustainable construction, prefabrication, energy efficiency, and infrastructure modernization aligns well with Czech industrial strengths.
The success of the Czech pavilion at RESTA also demonstrated the importance of coordinated export promotion in opening doors for SMEs and established manufacturers alike.
Looking ahead, CzechTrade Baltic office is already preparing further construction-sector activities for next year, aiming to create new opportunities for Czech companies interested in entering or expanding in the Baltic markets.
For Czech businesses looking toward export growth in construction and infrastructure, the Baltic opportunity is clearly gaining momentum—and now is the time to be part of it.
