From the beginning, we have designed and developed an unstructured data processing platform, which we call DATERA Absolute Intelligence (ABSINT). This platform is used to build solutions for customer relationship analysis in contact centers EMMA and LISSA solutions for searching information in large volumes of data in various formats. We strive to build into our solutions elements of artificial intelligence that are useful for data processing and searching.
