PPF Group to Relocate Headquarters Back to the Czech Republic

After years abroad, the PPF Group headquarters is coming back to the Czech Republic

PPF Group, the largest international investment group with Czech roots, has announced that it will move its headquarters back to the Czech Republic after many years abroad. The relocation is expected to take place in the first half of 2026.

The return of the company’s headquarters to the Czech Republic marks an important milestone, as the move reinforces PPF Group’s long-term commitment to its home market. The decision reflects the shareholders’ confidence in the Czech Republic and in the stability of the country's legal system.

The historical reasons for keeping the group’s headquarters outside the Czech Republic are no longer relevant. The initial rationale was primarily a strong legal framework protecting international investments. Today all shareholders of PPF Group also reside in the Czech Republic, and they are actively participating in the company’s strategic direction together with the management team, which is also predominantly based there.

PPF Group is the main holding company of PPF Investment Group, which operates in 25 countries across Europe, Asia, North America, and South Africa. They invest in telecommunications, media, financial services, real estate, e-commerce, biotechnology, and engineering. They employ approximately 45,000 people worldwide.
