Škoda Auto reports record profit. The Octavia, Kodiaq or Fabia models drove the growth

The entire Škoda Auto Group achieved a record operating profit of €2.5 billion and delivered over one million vehicles for the first time.

Last year, Škoda Auto increased its after-tax profit by 11 percent to 1.85 billion euros, which is approximately 45 billion Czech crowns. The company's revenues increased by 9.1 percent to a record 27.8 billion euros, roughly 678 billion Czech crowns. Škoda published the results in its annual report.

The entire Škoda Auto Group increased its operating profit last year by 8.5 percent to 2.5 billion euros (60.85 billion Czech crowns), which is the most to date. Revenues grew to a record 30.1 billion euros (732.7 billion Czech crowns) from 27.8 billion euros the year before last.

Deliveries to sales organizations grew year-on-year by 6.3 percent to 1.01 million vehicles. The share of vehicle sales in total revenues slightly increased year-on-year to 83.9 percent. The best-selling model lines were the Octavia, Kodiaq, Kamiq, and Fabia. The most successful electric model was the Elroq, whose sales reached 110 thousand vehicles.

Deliveries of components and knocked-down vehicle kits, including batteries, accounted for 9.3 percent of total revenues, which is 2.8 percentage points less year-on-year. The trade in original parts and accessories accounted for 4.9 percent of revenues. The remaining 1.9 percent represented revenues from the sale of services (for example, Škoda Connect), licenses, and other revenues.

The cost of products, goods, and services sold increased year-on-year by 8.8 percent to 24.3 billion euros. The gross profit margin in 2025 was 12.5 percent, which represents a year-on-year growth of 0.3 percentage points.

Škoda currently offers customers 12 passenger car model lines: Fabia, Scala, Octavia, Superb, Kamiq, Karoq, Kodiaq, the electric models Elroq and Enyaq, and the India-produced vehicles Slavia, Kylaq, and Kushaq. This year, the electric models Epiq and Peaq will be added.
