During the visit, Prime Minister Babiš held meetings with the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Prime Minister of Serbia, Prof. Ph.D Đuro Macut. The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral economic relations, expanding trade and investment, and identifying new opportunities for cooperation across key sectors of the economy. Both sides emphasized the importance of continued dialogue and close collaboration in support of sustainable economic growth and regional prosperity.

The accompanying Czech business delegation participated in a business forum and a programme of networking meetings designed to foster new partnerships and deepen commercial cooperation between Czech and Serbian companies.

The programme also included a visit to the EXPO 2027 Belgrade construction site, underlining the Czech Republic´s commitment to participating in the exhibition and recognizing its potential to foster innovation, international cooperation, and new business opportunities.

The mission reflected the Czech Republic´s continued commitment to strengthening its economic ties with Serbia and promoting long-term cooperation between the two countries through close government and business engagement.
