Industrial production in the Czech Republic rises sharply in November

Growth driven by automotive and metalwworking sectors, official data show.

Industrial production in the Czech Republic rose 5.7 % year-on-year in November and increased 2.4 % compared with October, according to the Czech Statistical Office. Most industrial sectors recorded growth, with the automotive industry and metalworking among the main contributors to the increase.
