Renowned Czech architect Eva Jiřičná, who has spent decades in the UK, is embarking on what could be the most significant project of her illustrious career: a new development featuring 1,000 apartments in Prague. At a recent presentation for the New Žižkov Centre, where she partnered with the UK's Arup Group, Jiřičná discussed her vision for the project.

Initially unveiled five years ago, the plans for this ambitious complex have undergone substantial revisions since then. With a massive investment estimated in the hundreds of millions of crowns, this development is set to transform the landscape of Prague.
