Aricoma, part of the investment group KKCG owned by entrepreneur Karel Komárek, is accelerating its international expansion in enterprise software services. After becoming the largest provider of SAP implementation services in the Czech Republic, Aricoma is now entering new European markets through acquisitions in Austria and Slovenia.
The company has acquired Convotis Business Solutions in Austria and Slovenian SAP specialist Sapphir from the international Convotis Group. While transaction details were not disclosed, the combined SAP business is expected to generate annual revenues close to $49 million (€45 million).
Through the acquisitions, Aricoma adds more than 100 SAP professionals across both countries, strengthening its presence in manufacturing, public administration, energy, pharmaceutical, and automotive sectors. The expansion builds on Aricoma’s rapid growth in SAP services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where it has become a market leader in just two years.
Aricoma employs approximately 2,000 people across Europe and provides services in enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, digitalization of the public sector, and systems integration. Its annual revenues exceed $435 million (€400 million), underscoring the growing international competitiveness of Czech IT and digital services firms.
