Czech Company DFK Cab Introduces Hardtop for Ford Ranger and Volkswagen Amarok Pickups

DFK Cab is the world’s largest manufacturer of cabins and accessories for UTV vehicles. With the hardtop installed, customers gain a spacious, solidly covered storage area on the pickup bed, ideal for transporting large items.

The Czech company DFK Cab has developed and begun supplying an aluminum hardtop for Ford Ranger and Volkswagen Amarok pickup trucks to international markets. DFK Cab drew on its long-standing experience in the development and production of cabins and superstructures for off-road four-wheel vehicles, which it has now leveraged in the manufacture of a removable enclosed roof cover for pickup beds from Ford and Volkswagen.

The DFK Cab hardtop is made of aluminum, making it lightweight while maintaining high strength. The reinforcements within the frame are also aluminum, with only the mounting feet made of steel, which are used to attach the hardtop to the vehicle’s structure. Thanks to this design, the hardtop can secure cargo weighing up to 450 kilograms on the pickup bed.

With the hardtop installed, customers gain a spacious, solidly covered storage area on the pickup bed, ideal for transporting large items. Complete water resistance is, of course, a standard feature of this roof cover.

The hardtop is also lockable, further enhancing the security of the transported cargo.

As is typical for DFK Cab products, the hardtop is designed for easy and quick installation on the pickup bed, without the need for drilling or any other irreversible modifications to the vehicle.
