The investment company Baltic Asset Management (AM) will rebuild the Vítkov Hotel in Prague-Žižkov into the Youston co-living project. At the beginning of 2024, tenants will be offered roughly one hundred units with an area of 15 to 48 m2. The investment totals EUR 14m. The project marks the company’s entry into the Czech Republic and the whole of Central Europe. It is looking for investment partners and real estate owners open to rebuilding for more co-living projects. The company plans to invest over EUR 112m in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Latvia and to expand its portfolio with more than 1,200 co-living and traditional rental units.
