Trading company PRO-BIO is the first and largest producer of organic food in the Czech Republic. They have been on the market since 1992 and produce 1.500 various products in organic quality.
Company manage it´s own farm to grow organic crops and three organic mills are a one-of-a-kind facility, specializing in the grinding of BIO and gluten-free quality products up to 20mg/kg and also 5mg/kg. The absence of long-term storage are the secrets behind the high nutritional value, the exceptional aroma and the outstanding taste of our products. Our products are carefully controlled and are "EU organic logo" certified, same as "BIO zebra" logo certified, which the Czech Republic uses to mark organic farming products.
They offer certified products in BIO quality such as: 
- GLUTEN FREE FLOURS (Buckwheat Flour, Chickpeas Flour, Sorghum Flour, Red Lentil Flour, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Yellow pea Flour); 
- GLUTEN-FREE GRAINS (Sorghum Hulled, Millet Hulled, Buckwheat Coarse-graine Semolin, Buckwheat Kernel, Buckwheat Unhulled); 
- GLUTEN FREE EASY-COOK PRODUCTS (Mixture for Baking - Gluten-free, Buckwheat pancakes…); 
- GLUTEN FREE SEMOLINA, FLAKES, BREAKFAST CEREALS (Buckwheat Semolina, Oat Flakes Gluten-Free, Buckwheat flakes, oatmeal with apple and cinnamon…);
- GLUTEN FREE FLOURS (Buckwheat Flour, Chickpeas Flour, Sorghum Flour, Red Lentil Flour, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Yellow pea Flour).

Entire assortment of goods (flours, grains, crops, porridges, mixes, granolas and others) is available as private label in various types of packaging.   As a quality is their high priority, PRO-BIO has control over the whole production process, from the seeds (which we produce ourselves) to the final product. You can see the catalogue with all our products attached.
